Terms of Use and Contracting
1. Introduction
These General Terms regulate the hiring and use of Vixilockers lockers, owned by VIXI SOLUCIONES DE EQUIPAJE, S.L., through the website https://vixilockers.com/.
These terms establish the contractual relationship between VIXI SOLUCIONES DE EQUIPAJE, S.L., hereinafter referred to as "the Owner of Vixilockers lockers," and the User who hires the Vixilockers service.
2. The Service
The Owner offers Users the opportunity to rent lockers for periods of natural days within the available hours provided by Vixilockers.
All reservations will be valid from the time the User completes the reservation. After making the reservation, the User will receive a confirmation email, and half an hour before the reserved time, a reminder email will be sent to manage the reservation.
3. Types of Lockers Available
Vixilockers offers two types of lockers: M and L, with the following dimensions:
- Locker M: 39.5 cm (height) x 43 cm (width) x 56 cm (depth). Suitable for cabin-sized luggage.
- Locker L: 82 cm (height) x 43 cm (width) x 56 cm (depth). Can accommodate:
- Option 1: Two cabin-sized suitcases and two backpacks.
- Option 2: One medium suitcase and one backpack.
- Option 3: One large suitcase and one handbag.
- Option 4: Three cabin-sized suitcases.
4. Use of Lockers
Within the limits established in this document (see "Limits on Locker Use" Section), Users may place any items they wish inside the rented locker(s).
5. Locker Availability
Users can check locker availability through the website https://booking.vixilockers.com/booking.
6. Rental Duration
Locker rental is available for periods of 24 hours. If the reservation is made for the same day without specifying a start date, the rental period starts from the moment the order is completed. If the reservation is for a specific date and time, the rental period begins at the specified date and time at the moment of payment.
7. Access to Lockers
Lockers are accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
8. Access and Responsibility
Only the User or persons authorized by the User can access the locker. Responsibility for access lies with the User.
9. Modifying or Canceling Reservations
The User may modify or cancel a reservation as long as this action is taken at least 24 hours before the start date of the reserved service. To do so, the User must email hola@vixilockers.com.
10. Pricing and Payment
The rental price for lockers will be as indicated on the website at the time of contracting. Prices include VAT and refer to the rental of one locker, according to its size, for the hours specified in the reservation.
11. Reservation Process
Booking at Vixilockers is easy and quick. Follow these steps:
- Select Services: Choose the services you want to book from Vixilockers. Click on each service to view a detailed description, features, and prices.
- Book: Click "Reserve" to select the service(s) you want and complete the reservation.
- Finalize Purchase: Click "Finalize Purchase" to continue with the contracting process.
- Enter Your Details: Provide your name, surname, phone number, and email to complete the purchase.
- Accept Terms: By processing the order, the User accepts these Terms of Sale and chooses the payment method from those offered by Vixilockers.
- Confirmation: After completing the contracting process, you will receive an email with the reservation confirmation and access codes to the locker.

12. Reporting Incidents
In case of a blockage, malfunction, or any other issue with the locker(s), the User can contact Vixilockers support by calling the number indicated on the website or sending an email to hola@vixilockers.com.
13. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once VIXI SOLUCIONES DE EQUIPAJE, S.L. has received payment from the User for the amounts charged for the delivery of goods (depending on the number of items and their destination). If 10 calendar days have passed since VIXI SOLUCIONES DE EQUIPAJE, S.L. notified the User in writing of the amount to be paid and the User has not made this payment, it will be considered that the User has abandoned the luggage for all purposes.
